Simple Audio Gigs for NYC Business Dinners- Microphones and Speaker

We are an events company - we host private dinners in NYC Midtown. We are looking for a very simple low cost solution for our private intimate dinners at local steakhouse restaurants. We would like someone to contract consecutively maybe 1-3 times a month. What we would need below:

1-4 Mics and a speaker Dinners last from 3pm-9pm in Manhattan about 15-40 attendees
