We are currently working on a major brand's social handles, and am seeking a well-rounded content creator:) Please read carefully below and see if it fits you.
Duration: 1 year The entire gig is shooting once a month for an year. We will book you for the first month and take it from there to see if we can extend to couple of more months or the entire year.
Union: Non-union
Below are the skills we are looking for in this person:
Photography & Videography: You will be shooting with a family (especially kids) once a month on a location or at a studio. You must be able to shoot both stills & motion. The content is mainly for social media (especially Instagram), so you must have understanding of the format (vertical for Reels, etc). No need to be cinematic and fancy, but the tone will be clean, bright, nice and fun.
Directing: You will be working with a family, especially kids. The families will change every few months or every month. We're looking for someone who can have good communication, work to have good relationship with them so that you can pull out authentic, natural expressions on shoot.
Editing: You will be doing simple editing the photos and the videos. The materials will also come from the families shooting themselves and some occasions you will edit those too. You will be making some edits to fit the format, especially for Instagram Reel.
Producing: Once we work together on the first month or two, you will run this on your own (we will continue to supervise you). Producing entails communication with us/agency and the talent, arranging the shoot within the budget given, and managing the deliverables. One of the main element is to take care of on-going communicate with the family each month. They will be shooting on their own aside from shooting with us once a month, so will need some guidance and reminders.
RATE: $3.5K/month This includes your once a month shoot day, preps, owned gear, and necessary producing and editing. Rentals on additional gear or crew is not included in this.
That's it. It's a super family friendly brand, and we're hoping to find someone who is creative, loves kids, positive thinker, have a problem-solving mindset, and a team player. In despite of a big brand, it is a small budget project, but it will be a fun gig with good people.
