Director of Photography

We're looking for a Director of Photography to scale up Bryan Johnson's 400k subscriber YouTube channel. This would be a full-time position.

You must be located in West Side Los Angeles

No agencies or large production companies

You would be Bryan's 1-person DoP team, producing around x2 YouTube videos per week in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities would include:

• Planning film shoots
• Filming long-form YouTube videos
• Meeting with the team to discuss video direction
• Capturing other parts of Bryan's day-to-day life for social media
• Managing and uploading footage
• Photoshoots for YouTube thumbnails
• Posting short form content + photos to socials

Required qualifications:

• A capable DoP, with 3+ years of experience as a DoP
• Comfortable with creative responsibility
• Extremely rigorous, structured, and organized
• An autonomous self-starter

Preferred (but not required) qualifications:

• Previous experience working on YouTube content/understands the YouTube space
• Owns camera, lenses, and some lighting and audio equipment
