Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Work closely w/ Head of Operations on strategic and tactical goals
- Assist with the operational side of the business
- Assist with the inventory side of the business
- Assist with marketing efforts
- Ensure all business communication is responded to daily
- Support sales communication
- Support customer service communication
- Responsible for tech-checking equipment
- Responsible for product and lifestyle photography
Required Skills / Abilities:
- Excellent technical skills with cinema cameras, lenses, and accessories
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
- Shows up on time and stays focused and undistracted during work hours
- Is honest and communicative with the leadership team
Education and Experience:
- 2 years of experience working with cinema camera equipment preferred
- Experience as an assistant camera, director of photography, prep technician, lens technician, or camera sales preferred
- Experience in a management position preferred
- Experience in digital marketing preferred
- Experience in photography & editing preferred
- High school diploma or higher education
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds at a time
Compensation:
- Competitive compensation based on skill level
Commute:
- Is expected to commute to the office in Marina del Rey, CA 3-5 times per week & we are open to some remote work
Schedule:
- 9 AM - 6 PM - Monday - Friday
- Optional 30 minutes - 1 hour - Saturday - Sunday
