1st Photo Assistant, Editorial Still Photography Needed

Looking to hire an experienced 1st Photo Assistant for multiple upcoming projects in and around the Los Angeles area. Candidate must have extensive experience as a 1st assist on editorial, still photography shoots. Must have a base knowledge of camera lenses, equipment, and lighting. Responsibilities include: assisting in load-in/load out, equipment set-ups of each new shot location, assisting the photographer with all lens and light changes. Must be LA based. Ideal person is proactive and extremely comfortable assisting and working independently with still photography equipment. Experience with outdoor shoots preferred.
