First AC (assistant camera)

hello! we are looking for a First AC for a 1980s mystery, Dead Mail, that is filming from Jan 9-21.

Dead Mail is a gritty, 1980's mystery that channels elements of Killing of a Chinese Bookie, Dogday Afternoon, Shaft and 1980s Mormon VHS films. It's about an ominous, bloody help note that finds its way to a midwestern Post Office, connecting a Dead Letter investigator with a kidnapped keyboard technician.

Schedule: 10-12 shooting Days between Jan 9-21 in and around Los Angeles

Rate: $217 / day (everyone is getting this... it's the SAG ULB rate. I know you and everyone else are way way more valuable!)
